Job summary

Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) is seeking an IT Support Analyst III to deliver advanced end-user technical support and own audiovisual services. You will manage user accounts, assist with hardware, software, and AV setups across meetings and events in a public education context.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and excellent communication with a focus on responsive service. Austin, TX-based role offering hybrid/remote options for select duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in end-user tech support (Windows 11, AD, Entra ID, Office 365).
• 2+ years hands-on AV support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment and systems.
• CTS or CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and track service requests using Team Dynamix from receipt to resolution.
• Provide advanced end-user support for hardware, software, and AV systems.
• Administer user accounts and lifecycle changes across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate AV setups for meetings and events.
• Maintain compliance with TASB policies and licensing requirements.
