Job summary

The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) in Austin, TX, seeks an IT Support Analyst III to provide advanced end-user technical support and to serve as the primary owner for audiovisual services and user access administration. The role supports the user account lifecycle, access changes, conference room tech, and related IT tasks.

Responsibilities include incident documentation, basic to complex hardware/OS support, AV setups for meetings and events, and ensuring timely, secure resolutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user technical support in a Microsoft environment (Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365).
• 2+ years hands-on audiovisual support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Certification or training in audiovisual technology (CTS or CompTIA A+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Document and track all service requests using Team Dynamix from receipt to resolution.
• Assist users with basic and complex hardware/OS questions.
• Manage user accounts lifecycle: create, modify, deactivate; perform routine maintenance.
