Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to deliver top-tier technical support and oversee IT operations. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, end-user support, and process improvements across infrastructure and automation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT support, ITIL familiarity, and experience with cloud services and enterprise applications. This on-site position offers growth in a collaborative environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or technical support experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Familiarity with cloud-based services and technologies.
• Experience with enterprise business applications and systems.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 4+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remotely, or in person.
• Manage help desk tickets with timely resolution and documentation.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Manage user onboarding processes.
• Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
• Troubleshoot network, computer, email, Internet, and third-party app issues.
• Coordinate hardware/software repairs with vendors.
• Create and update IT documentation and training resources.
