Formación

• Progressive IT support experience in enterprise or MSP environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows, M365, AD, hardware, and end-user computing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2/3 escalation support and manage requests through resolution.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tech.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams to resolve issues.
