Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Senior Technology Support Analyst to support desktop and mobile devices, identity and access, and secure connectivity for attorneys and staff in the Philadelphia office. The role emphasizes ownership, cross-team coordination, and mentoring within a high-demand professional services environment.

The position requires strong troubleshooting of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, and remote access technologies, with on-site support and adjusted-hours

Qualifications

• Several years of enterprise desktop/endpoint or mobility support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, endpoint hardware, and remote access technologies.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution independently.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with IT service management and ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Ability to mentor teammates and coordinate across IT groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 apps, iManage, remote access, printing, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues including MFA, Microsoft Authenticator, and Windows Hello for Business.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, encryption, patching, and lifecycle using Intune, Autopilot, and BitLocker.
• Support iOS and Android devices, mobile app access, enrollment, and secure connectivity.
• Support Zscaler and other secure access technologies, including policy and connectivity issues.
• Own incidents from start to finish with timely updates and thorough documentation.
