Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation (IVC) is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide critical end-user support across our IT organization. The role emphasizes problem solving, rapid issue resolution, and hands-on management of Windows systems and imaging.

The position requires strong customer service, collaboration with IT colleagues, and a commitment to IT policies. Work is on-site in Greenville, SC with regular daytime hours and opportunities to contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are desirable.
3+ years of experience in a Sr. IT support or related role.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to user inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, IM, ServiceDesk tickets, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
Diagnose and resolve Windows OS problems utilizing Sysinternals utilities.
Install, configure, image, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Develop and maintain Windows OS images.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to end-users as needed.
Adhere to IT policies and procedures.
On-Site Support and working knowledge to support All IVC locations
