Job summary

CVS Health, through the Aetna Enterprise Delivery team in the Commercial Segment, seeks an innovative leader with strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to drive delivery on critical initiatives. You will oversee Scrum events, coach teams, and align backlog management with the product roadmap while partnering with Technology, Business, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• 2+ years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, work management platforms, and budget management tools.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ and multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile practice resources and matrixed team members.
• Lead planning activities and develop reports for teams and leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and maintained as projects grow.
• Coordinate with Senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Track timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
