Job summary

Aqueity, headquartered in Downers Grove, IL, is seeking a Strategic Technical Account Manager to serve as a senior technical advisor to clients. You will translate business goals into secure, scalable IT strategies, design solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services, and guide engagements from planning through delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Success, and Professional Services to deliver client-focused solutions and drive strategic roadmaps and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering or client-facing IT roles
• Experience with PSA, CRM, RMM and related service tools
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and MSP delivery

Responsibilities

• Own strategic technology roadmaps prioritizing risk and business needs
• Lead executive-level technology planning discussions with clients
• Coordinate with sales, success and delivery teams to implement solutions
• Develop statements of work, architecture diagrams and proposals
