Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Sr. Risk Operations Analyst to supportIntegrated Risk Management within Irvine, CA. You will manage technology risk processes, policy lifecycles, and data quality, delivering dashboards and insights that track remediation progress and risk posture.

You will mentor teams and partner with executives to drive timely remediation. The role requires 7+ years in technology risk, strong knowledge of NIST/ISO/CIS frameworks, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, GRC, or IT Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of technology control frameworks (NIST CSF/800-53, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Ability to create risk dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and process design skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the enterprise technology control library, aligning with policies and standards.
• Own the lifecycle management of technology risk policies and standards.
• Execute risk operations including risk assessments, issue management, and exception management.
• Design, build, and maintain risk dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate with technology, security, and business teams to drive remediation.
