• 5+ years of IT staffing sales and business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating staffing revenue and managing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of technology roles and IT staffing delivery models.
• Experience with MSP/VMS environments and enterprise procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships for IT staffing and workforce solutions services.
• Recruiting Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and delivery teams to align on client requirements and candidate pipelines.
• Market & Industry Expertise: Maintain knowledge of IT hiring trends and technology skill sets.
• Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM; prepare account reviews.
