The role emphasizes client relationship management and strategic account expansion within staffing, IT consulting, technology services, or systems integration. The candidate will manage enterprise accounts, collaborate with delivery and leadership teams, and contribute to contract renewals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Staffing Sales, Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development.
• Experience managing enterprise client accounts.
• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and drive expansion.
• Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts with expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
