Catalyte in the Bay Area or Baltimore seeks a Senior Account Manager to own a 15-account book across IT staffing, nearshore tech teams, and AI learning programs. You’ll be the day-to-day owner, nurturing renewals, growing profits, and identifying new roles or programs where Catalyte can help.

You’ll partner with the executive team, cultivate relationships with CIOs/CTOs, and drive retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management in IT staffing, nearshore/offshore technology services, or IT consulting.
• 3+ years owning a book of multiple active client accounts.
• Experience negotiating rate increases with enterprise procurement teams and VMS/MSP clients.
• Credibility with director- and VP-level technology leaders, CIOs or CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the book: primary relationship owner for accounts with hiring managers and VP-level leaders.
• Lead our largest relationships and support executive conversations with CIOs/CTOs.
• Protect the base: manage renewal calendar and redeployments to avoid surprises.
• Grow every account: uncover new requisitions and adjacent teams; pursue rate increases at renewal.
• Partner with recruiters and delivery: translate client needs into clear job requirements and review candidates.
• Run operating cadence: quarterly business reviews, CRM/forecast updates, and account plans.
• Price and negotiate: negotiate rate increases and renewals within margins.
• Navigate procurement: work within VMS/MSP programs and master service agreements.
• Team up: pass accounts from new-business team as they mature.
