R3 Lithium Inc. in Covington, GA seeks a Senior IT Specialist to serve as the top hands-on tech resource, supporting reliable, secure technology across the organization.

You will resolve complex issues, administer Microsoft 365 and endpoint systems, and lead IT projects in coordination with leadership. The role requires 5+ years in IT with strong Windows and 365 expertise, endpoint and network skills, plus a proactive approach to security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including 3+ years in advanced desktop, systems, or infrastructure support.
• Strong Windows administration and Microsoft 365 experience, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience deploying and supporting computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding of endpoint security, identity protection, access controls, patching, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with IT ticketing, remote-management tools, technical documentation, and asset management.
• Ability to independently resolve complex issues, prioritize competing needs, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical employees.

Responsibilities

• End-user support: Own escalated hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues through resolution.
• Employee lifecycle and assets: Onboard/offboard, access, licensing, device setup, inventory, and secure device retirement.
• Microsoft 365 and identity: Administer Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive with IT leadership guidance.
• Endpoint management: Deploy Windows/macOS/mobile devices with Intune; manage configurations, patching, encryption, and compliance.
• Cybersecurity: Support Defender for Endpoint Plan 2; investigate alerts and assist with incident response.
• Networking and infrastructure: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, firewalls, and Meraki gear.
• Systems and projects: Support business apps, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades; assist backup/recovery and continuity.
• Documentation and improvement: Maintain procedures, diagrams, licensing, and automate recurring tasks.
