Job summary

Apt is seeking an IT Specialist to support our IT infrastructure and assist end-users. You will troubleshoot issues, deploy upgrades, and help ensure secure, reliable operation of hardware, software, and networks.

You will work closely with IT teams on projects, maintain AD, email, and backups, and provide user training to boost productivity and security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems reported via helpdesk or in-person inquiries.
• Assist with system upgrades, installations, and IT projects.
