Position: IT Specialist

We are seeking a professional IT Specialist to manage and support cutting-edge IT systems, including networks, computer systems, and corporate data.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose network systems and software.
• Support daily computer network operations.
• Educate employees on network security and best practices.
• Resolve IT support requests and answer system-related questions.
• Perform network maintenance and ensure system security.
• Manage data backup, firewalls, and user authorization.
• Install, configure, update, and test software and hardware.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct IT audits and set up devices.
• Evaluate IT systems regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
