Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking an IT SOX Compliance Sr Manager to lead the IT SOX program, design and monitor ICFR from an IT perspective, and partner with auditors and stakeholders across the organization. This role emphasizes strong governance, control design, and risk mitigation within a large automotive services company.

The position requires a decade of IT audit and compliance expertise, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, with proficiency in SOX 404, COSO, COBIT/NIST, and modern GRC

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in IT audit, IT compliance, or IT SOX with thorough ITGC knowledge.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in IT SOX management.
• Strong understanding of SOX Section 404, COSO, COBIT or NIST.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with GRC platforms and audit tools such as Oracle GRC and AuditBoard.
• Experience with cloud environments and SaaS SOC evaluations (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Experience with IT tools/infrastructure (password vaults, SSO, AD, data warehouses).
• Ability to drive change, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT SOX documentation (narratives, flowcharts, risk control matrices).
• Ensure ITGC controls are effectively designed and operated.
• Coach control owners on changes when controls fail or environments shift.
• Assist with remediation management and due dates.
• Participate in audits, evidence collection, and liaison with auditors.
• Support UARs and SOC reviews for SaaS vendors.
• Track IT SOX KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement controls.
