Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking an IT SOX Compliance Sr Manager to lead the IT SOX program and ICFR design across systems and infrastructure, ensuring regulatory and audit readiness. The role focuses on ITGC controls, SOX documentation, and collaboration with auditors.

The position requires 10+ years in IT audit/compliance with strong knowledge of COBIT or NIST, and experience with GRC platforms and ERP systems. Texas location, annual compensation range applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT audit/compliance with IT SOX.
• Experience with ITGC control objectives and COSO/NIST/COBIT frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with IT SOX documentation across all in-scope systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure ITGC controls are effectively designed and operating.
• Coach ITGC control owners and coordinate remediation.
• Create management responses with due dates for remediation.
• Participate in audit events and liaison with auditors.
• Administer User Access Reviews (UAR) and SOC reviews for SaaS vendors.
• Track IT SOX program KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to implement ITGC objectives.
• Continuously evaluate IT control environment to mitigate risk.
• Lead IT Compliance program tasks and enhancements across the organization.
