Osaic is seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to coach and train financial professionals in technology adoption and efficiency. You will lead live and virtual sessions, study groups, and share technology trends to support content initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with significant experience considered.
• 5+ years' experience in financial services including coaching/training.
• Experience with CRM solutions, digital tools, document management, and workflows.
• Strong consulting, coaching and presentation skills; ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships in a designated region to grow financial professionals' use of technology.
• Provide consulting on technology strategy, CRM success, digital solutions, AI tools, and scalable workflows.
• Conduct discovery on client needs and obstacles; formulate improvement recommendations; deliver tools and resources.
