The Senior Manager, Indirect Category Management leads category strategies, sourcing programs, supplier management, and complex procurement initiatives across indirect spend categories, partnering with executive stakeholders to achieve cost savings and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or related business experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including stakeholder alignment, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ execution, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Lead large impact negotiations with Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Azure and other strategic technology vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships, drive performance reviews and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Category Managers and Analysts, promoting governance and procurement standards.
