Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multiyear category strategies for indirect spend.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing events, RFP/RFQ, negotiations and awards.
- Partner with CHRO and HR leadership on workforce strategy and benefits sourcing.
- Coach and develop procurement team members.
- Engage stakeholders to drive cost optimization and risk management.
