Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.”

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events and negotiations with key vendors.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership to support contracts and decision-making.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings and value.
• Mentor and develop procurement team members and align governance.
