Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and confidential project handling are essential. The candidate will mentor others, partner with Finance and Legal, and deliver sustainable cost reductions while ensuring compliance across supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; procurement certification preferred.
• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related fields.
• Experience leading negotiations and large sourcing events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events and negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Compliance on contracts.
• Manage key supplier relationships and drive savings.
• Drive finance-supported spend control and governance.
• Advise executives and mentor junior staff.
