Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals seeks an experienced senior IT leader to serve as on-site Enterprise Information Technology Systems (EITS) leader for their health system. You will drive operational excellence, partner with Service Line Directors, and align with system-wide policies while guiding executive-level relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Tech with 4+ years IT/healthcare admin, incl. 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of IT/healthcare leadership experience.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience, with formal managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day EITS operational activities and serves as local point of contact for infrastructure services.
• Leads rollout of EITS systems, upgrades, and pilot projects with training and implementation.
• Coordinates with Enterprise Operations Center and Service Desk to resolve outages.
• Manages EITS budget and reports to leadership.
• Supports security reviews and audits of EHR access as needed.
