Job summary

Wells Fargo's CTO Strategy, Transformation, and Business Services group seeks a Technology Business Services Senior Manager to lead the ITSO Business Service team, supporting approximately 4,000 staff and 200 managers. The role focuses on strategic planning, organizational design, and enterprise change initiatives to enable the CTO's priorities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Enable development and tracking of CTO leadership priorities, including strategic planning.
• Proactively drive resource management, organizational redesign, and capacity forecasting.
• Manage costs to align to budgets, investment planning, and product capacity.
• Coordinate OKRs, Technology Business Reviews, leadership meetings and reporting.
• Guide and mentor the ITSO Business Services team for success.
• Collaborate with CTO shared services to deliver workforce and communication outputs.
