World Bank is seeking an Associate Senior IT Program Officer within the ITS organization to enhance organizational effectiveness by coordinating across ITSOE, guiding leadership decision-making, and ensuring timely execution of priorities. You will serve as a subject matter expert in IT Leadership Advisory and Strategy, providing guidance and support to managers and staff across the organization.

• Oversee staffing activities from requests to onboarding and transitions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and financial reporting.
• Lead SAFe Agile coordination across trains and teams.
