Job summary

F- is seeking a Senior IT Operations Officer to lead the Bank's technology strategy, governance, security, and operations enterprise-wide. You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and regulatory compliance to ensure secure, reliable technology that supports growth.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with executive teams to deliver resilient digital services for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Eight years IT experience at enterprise level or equivalent.
• Five years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes technology strategy with executive leadership.
• Leads, monitors and reports progress on projects to executives within budget.
• Identifies new technologies to improve efficiency and operations.
• Ensures IT and network infrastructure supports operations.
• Collaborates with vendors and third parties as needed.
• Manages IT budget with Finance/Accounting.
