Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Represent the organization in strategic governance and coordinating inputs with IT stakeholders.
• Provide trusted guidance and support to managers and staff on organizational matters.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across technology programs and priorities.
• Maintain forecasts, staffing scenarios, and skills inventories to optimize workforce mix.
• Coordinate end-to-end staffing activities across staff, consultants, and vendors.
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and finance to manage staffing requirements and approvals.
• Produce dashboards and materials on headcount, skills coverage, and delivery readiness.
• Oversee budgets and financial planning, tracking burn rates and variances.
• Coordinate annual budget planning and scenario analysis to align with priorities.
• Support controls and quality assurance by validating transactions and records.
• Lead the ITSOE Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) efforts and SAFe planning.
• Maintain planning artifacts and delivery metrics for transparency and alignment.
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards and decision notes combining workforce, budget, and delivery data.
• Improve administrative and operational processes for a globally distributed IT organization.
