Reporting to the Senior Director, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to own analyses and defined workstreams, delivering executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses informing growth opportunities, market expansion, and product investments.
• Develop business cases using market research, financial modeling, and ROI assessments.
• Support planning with stakeholder inputs and translate decisions into actionable plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives from problem definition through execution with clear owners.
