CHS Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Center Representative for its Information Technology group to support CHS employees and international users.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures. You will provide technical support across desktops, laptops, handheld devices, network services and conference room components, while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field.
• Certifications such as A+ or Microsoft preferred.
• Experience in IT help desk and support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT support for desktops, laptops, handheld devices, networks and conference room systems.
• Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming support calls and walk-ins.
• Replicate user problems and resolve issues promptly.
• Document and follow standard operating procedures and CS guidelines.
• Monitor, communicate and resolve events affecting the user environment.
• Manage multiple assignments of moderate to complex scope.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to solve problems.
• Maintain safety policy compliance and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field
