Job summary

BXP, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Services Specialist to oversee, monitor, and support end-user IT services in a dynamic San Francisco environment.

You will manage technologies and controls to uphold security standards, serve as escalation point for Infrastructure and Applications teams, and deploy hardware and applications across regions. The role requires 5+ years of desktop support in a Microsoft environment, strong Windows/Office knowledge, and scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and remote support apps.
• Strong security, group policy, and patching knowledge.
• Good networking basics; ability to troubleshoot switches/routers.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote end-user support; escalate across regions.
• Manage Active Directory accounts and security policies.
• Deploy and support hardware and conference room tech.
• Develop and enforce software policies; patch via SCCM/Intune.
• Act as escalation point for Infrastructure and Applications teams.
• Maintain documentation and assist with technology evaluations.
