SBT Global, Inc. seeks a skilled Tier 2 IT Helpdesk Technician in Plano, TX to maintain user productivity by resolving issues in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows environments.

You will troubleshoot AD-related problems, support Office applications, and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and executive VIP support. Qualified applicants have 5+ years of enterprise IT experience, strong AD/GPO/DNS/DHCP skills, and familiarity with SCCM and Zendesk.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Active Directory, GPOs, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office applications.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Remote Desktop and ticketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AD issues including user accounts, GPOs, OUs and permissions.
• Support Office applications and enterprise collaboration tools.
• Handle escalations with Tier 3 and infrastructure teams.
• Assist user onboarding/offboarding and access-rights management.
• Provide on-site and after-hours VIP support for executives.
• Document incidents and resolutions in Zendesk.
• Assist with software deployment, patching and updates.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term improvements.
• Follow IT security policies and procedures.
