Job summary

Butterfly Network is seeking an experienced onsite Senior IT Engineer to guarantee and support the architecture and users across the organization. You will focus on service excellence, reliability, and security while maintaining high availability and performance in a hybrid NYC office.

Your core responsibilities include providing best-practice IT support, triaging tickets, troubleshooting production systems, maintaining on-prem networks, onboarding/offboarding staff, and documenting procedures

Qualifications

• Proficiency in enterprise class operating systems: Windows, MacOS, and Unix/Linux.
• 3+ years of experience with OKTA, G-Suite, Office 365, JAMF, and InTune.
• 3+ years of experience with in-office and web conferencing tools (Zoom, WebEx, Creston etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print servers.
• Experience with network switches, subnets, routing, and VLANs.
• Experience with iOS and/or Android OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice IT support to Butterfly Network users.
• Manage ticket queue, triage, assign, update, resolve or escalate.
• Troubleshoot escalated production systems and services.
• Maintain on-prem network hardware and software updates for stability.
• Provide training and support to IT Service Delivery team.
• Document environment procedures and asset configurations.
• Onboard/offboard employees (new users, laptops, desks).
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and security posture for offices and lab.
