Riverland Community Health in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Senior System Engineer to ensure all IT and building systems are optimized, secure and compliant. You will align technology with clinic workflows, support staff, providers and patients, and lead IT projects under executive direction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, team collaboration, and a track record in healthcare IT environments, with after-hours availability and travel to remote offices as needed.

• Implement cybersecurity measures for HIPAA compliance and audits.
• Lead IT and facility projects under executive direction.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
