Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and secure the network infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.
• Lead network-related projects including upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
• Plan, schedule, test, and implement network changes within scope and timelines.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and record incidents, changes, and solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve WAN/LAN/WLAN issues and security events.
• Provide Tier 2/3 network support for LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.
• Respond to incidents per SLAs and perform routine maintenance and patching of devices.
• Configure and manage firewalls and security appliances; apply changes and firmware updates.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and apps teams for integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in change management and risk assessments.
