Job summary

Terabase Energy is seeking its first in-house Senior Manager, Corporate IT to build and lead the internal IT organization. Reporting to the COO, the role will transition day-to-day IT from MSP and establish ownership of end-user support, IAM, enterprise apps, endpoint management, and IT service delivery.

Over time, the candidate will grow a high-performing IT unit to support Terabase's rapidly expanding global operations, balancing strategic planning with hands-on problem solving and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years leading IT operations, infrastructure, or end-user computing teams.
• Experience building or expanding an internal IT organization.
• Experience transitioning work from MSPs.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Terabase's long-term IT strategy.
• Transition operational responsibilities from the MSP to internal IT.
• Define organizational structure, staffing plans, budgets, and procedures.
• Establish SLAs, documentation, and KPIs.
• Evaluate, select, and implement modern IT platforms and tools.
• Build internal Level 1 IT support and manage user support across offices and remote workers.
• Oversee endpoint and asset management lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer IT applications and software asset management.
• Manage enterprise network infrastructure and security controls.
• Lead vendor relationships and IT budget; hire and develop the team.
