This senior, hands-on role spans infrastructure engineering and security operations, focusing on endpoints, cloud, servers, networking, and security tooling. The candidate will own issues from identification to resolution, balancing security and user experience, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure engineering, systems administration, cybersecurity, or related enterprise IT experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and enterprise networking.
• Experience investigating security events, responding to incidents, and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and enhance infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Administer Windows, macOS, Windows Server, and Linux with patching, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Support AWS, networking, virtualization, and remote access technologies.
• Manage identity, access management, endpoint technologies, and core services.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across endpoints, apps, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Develop automation to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Execute changes per security and change-management standards.
• Maintain runbooks, procedures, and recovery plans.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events and incidents.
• Support endpoint protection, privileged access, and vulnerability management.
• Participate in incident response and audits; collect evidence and validate controls.
