Job summary

The Oregon Child Development Coalition is seeking an IT Security Administrator in Wilsonville, OR to lead and refine our security program, protect data and systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will monitor threats, implement security controls, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate security training across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with on-site work at our Central Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Enrollment in Oregon’s Central Background Registry.
• Ability to pass a sponsored physical examination and communicable disease assessment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews security systems and controls to identify improvements.
• Monitors network traffic and security software for threats.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on data access needs and mitigations.
• Develops and maintains security protocols and site-specific controls.
• Configures security systems including firewalls and encryption.
• Performs risk assessments, audits, and tests to ensure controls.
• Develops disaster recovery and backup plans.
• Delivers IT security training and awareness.
