Job summary

The City of Oregon City is seeking a Network Analyst to support our core technology infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud servers, Azure services, and Public Safety systems.

The ideal candidate will manage Active Directory/Entra ID integration, CJIS compliance, and firewall configurations, while supporting over 300 devices across 8 locations. Strong communication skills are essential. Experience with CrowdStrike, Intune/SCCM, and VPN/remote access is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Azure.
• Ability to manage on-premises and cloud network services and Active Directory.
• Strong communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support City network devices and services across multiple sites.
• Configure and administer Windows Server and network hardware.
• Provide Public Safety hardware/software support and CJIS compliance.
• Lead network/server projects and coordinate vendor resources.
• Assist in budget preparation and IT service delivery.
