Job summary

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles nationwide. You will partner with business leaders to identify, attract, and secure top IT talent, from workforce planning through onboarding, while prioritizing diversity and inclusion.

You will leverage market data, sourcing strategies, and ATS tools to build strong pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates for a rapidly growing wealth-management tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in IT/tech recruiting.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to recruit for software engineering, data/analytics, cybersecurity, cloud, product management and IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, team dynamics, and priorities.
• Provide market insights, compensation trends, and recruiting best practices.
