ATS+Partners in Atlanta is seeking an Sr. Staffing Consultant to build high-impact government technology teams.

You will lead full-cycle IT recruiting for federal, state, local, and education clients and develop pipelines of qualified government-focused IT talent. The role requires 5+ years recruiting IT professionals in government contracting or public sector settings, with strong knowledge of IT roles, compliance, and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals in a staffing agency, consulting, MSP, or government contracting environment.
• Proven experience supporting federal, state, local government, education, or public sector staffing engagements preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical terminology, certifications, and current technology hiring trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for IT contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting positions supporting federal, state, local, and education sector clients.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify technical professionals across multiple disciplines, including cybersecurity, cloud & infrastructure, systems administration, network engineering, software development, data & analytics, IT project management, service desk & technical support, enterprise applications, DevOps & platform engineering.
• Recruit for both cleared and non-cleared technical positions when applicable.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of government-focused IT talent.
• Partner with account managers, program managers, and leadership to understand staffing priorities and contract deliverables.
