Job summary

Intellics Global is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to handle C2H hiring with 5–8 years of experience, focusing on Desktop Support, IT Asset Management and Service Desk roles.

The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines and coordinating end-to-end recruitment. Female candidates preferred, subject to applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk and IT Asset Management.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Desktop Support, EUC Support, IT Service Desk, IT Support and IT Asset Management roles.
• Source candidates with skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ITIL and desktop troubleshooting.
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
