Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior IT Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives across complex software solutions in a remote role. You will lead test design, automation, and strategy, mentoring engineers and ensuring robust, scalable software delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and regulatory standards, while providing actionable quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of work experience in software testing and/or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, cases, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
• Lead and implement test strategies for complex solutions, incl. non-functional testing.
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to Quality Engineering teams.
• Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
