Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior IT Quality Engineer Sr to drive quality engineering initiatives across multi-platform software solutions. The role requires deep testing expertise, leadership, and strong automation focus in a remote setting.

The candidate will design test strategies, mentor teammates, and ensure delivery of robust software while adhering to regulatory and security standards. Strong scripting and CI/CD experience are preferred in this enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of work experience in software testing and/or engineering.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and develop manual and automated test plans, test cases and test data.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, performance, stress, and platform testing.
Lead and implement test strategies for complex solutions, including non-functional testing.
Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks and tools.
Manage work direction, lead and influence team members.
Analyze and resolve complex quality issues using debugging techniques.
Define and track quality metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
Implement quality tools and best practices via collaboration across IT.
Other duties as assigned.
