Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking an IT Quality Sr Analyst to lead automated and manual testing in a hybrid Tampa environment. You will design robust test strategies, build scalable automation using Selenium WebDriver in Java, and drive CI/CD integration with DevOps practices.

The role requires 6–9 years in QA with strong automation skills, experience with POM, various frameworks, and API testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of QA experience with focus on test automation.
• Strong programming skills in at least one OO language (Java, Python, or C#).
• Proficient with automation frameworks like TestNG/JUnit/Pytest/NUnit.
• Experience with Page Object Model design pattern and CI/CD integration.
• Solid SQL skills and ability to perform backend validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies with QA, dev, and product teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Selenium in Java.
• Create detailed manual test plans and test cases; execute tests and report results.
• Conduct exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks (POM, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber).
• Integrate tests into CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps) and run in pipelines.
• Perform API testing with Postman/Swagger and validate data via SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in QA automation.
• Report progress and quality metrics to stakeholders; research new tools and methods.
