Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Code Quality Engineering in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on with SonarQube and related static analysis tooling such as Semgrep, Codacy, or DeepSource.
• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go.
• Deep CI/CD know-how with Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, GitHub Actions.
• Container tech including Docker, Podman, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave) and testing suites.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and MCP-enabled tooling; cybersecurity and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, deployment, and enhancement of SAST and code quality platforms.
• Integrate automated quality gates, rulesets, and debt models across repos.
• Oversee on-premises and cloud-hosted code quality infrastructure and upgrades.
• Embed quality checks into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast feedback loops.
• Drive AI-enabled tooling and MCP integration to boost developer productivity.
• Partner with security, architecture, and Release Engineering on governance.
