Job summary

Wells Street Growth is seeking an experienced IT Project Portfolio Analyst to manage complex initiatives from start to finish and build the processes that help teams run more effectively.

You will oversee full project lifecycle, portfolio performance tracking, and stakeholder governance while coaching project teams to drive alignment and successful outcomes. This role is based in Chicago and reports to the PMO.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Strong background in portfolio management and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle — planning, execution, and post-project evaluation.
• Track portfolio performance — budgets, risks, milestones, and KPIs.
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide executive reporting and governance.
• Coach and mentor project teams.
