Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years IT project management experience.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience developing methodologies, policies and governance processes.
• Experience with MS Project or similar platforms.
• Healthcare IT knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve project and portfolio management best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics with leadership.
• Manage projects through their lifecycle from planning to post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and status reports.
• Track KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential issues.
