Qualifications

• Healthcare IT knowledge is a plus.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics with leadership.
• Manage projects through their lifecycle from planning to post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource estimates, and status reports.
• Track KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential issues.

Job Title: Project Portfolio Analyst

Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire

Pay: 60-70/hr W2

Location: 5 days onsite, Chicago, IL

• Proven experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, policies, and governance processes


• Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms


• Knowledge of healthcare IT or hospital information systems is a plus
