Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead information systems projects using Waterfall methodologies. The role collaborates with technical and business teams, leads feasibility studies, and drives project objectives from initiation to closure in alignment with strategic goals.

The position is based in Cleveland at our Global Headquarters and requires ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while leveraging standard PM tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or 7+ years in PM/IT.
• 4-6 years of PM experience focused on information systems including network/server/software deployment.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage PM tasks for information systems projects (planning, requirements, scheduling, resource management).
• Manage projects end-to-end ensuring on-time delivery, scope, and budget.
• Define scope by analyzing requirements and identifying stakeholders; liaison with DT teams.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and monitor costs for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate IT team work and track progress to meet deadlines within budget.
• Identify, track and manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Conduct status meetings and provide updates to senior management and sponsors.
