Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in project management or Information Technology.
• 4-6 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (network/server/software)
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and budgeting
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management tasks for internal information systems projects.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Establish project scope by analyzing requirements and identifying stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and monitor costs for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate IT project team members to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management and sponsors.
• Develop and implement project quality control and QA processes.
• Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
